Office of Strategic Communication's Design and Content Intake Form

Due to extensive design workflow and approvals, design tasks require a minimum of 15 days from request to design/proof/approval. If a rush design is needed, please contact Angie Stieben (4072). We request that a response other submitted proofs be made in a maximum of 10 business days. If the client exceeds the time-frame, contact will be made to re-evaluate the project.

NOTE: Each design has 3 rounds of revisions (grammar, overall design, etc.). After the third proof, a final draft will be provided for review. If additional changes are needed, the original deadline will be extended. Thank you!
